Tech Tip - User Drawn Ruler Segment v7 |

The User Drawn Ruler Segment event offers the facility for developers to
customize the appearance of each individual segment drawn in the middle
row of the Timeline Ruler. The DisplayUserDrawnRulerSegments Property is
set to true for the customizable row to be drawn in the ruler of the
dbiScheduleObject. |

The UserDrawnRulerSegment event fires for each segment displayed in the
ruler (segments correlate to each of the visible major time units within
the bottom portion of the ruler). The event passes an e argument with
