Upgrading DBI
Products
In an effort to protect our
customer’s investment in our products, DBI Technologies offers all
customers a 40% discount on subsequent version
releases of all DBI products (e.g. from version 1 to version
2). Also, for certain products we offer a migration path from an ActiveX product to the comparable .NET product for a 20% discount.
The offer only extends to a
"next" version release and does not allow
for the skipping of versions (e.g. from version 1 to version 3).
In the event that an upgrade to a
purchased* product is released by DBI within 30 days of
the customer's purchase, the customer shall be entitled to the
upgrade for the difference in cost between that which they paid for the specific product and the current published price of the new versions
(plus any additional shipping charges and sales taxes that may be
incurred), provided that the new version is purchased within 30 days
of the initial purchase.
*not applicable to any product(s) acquired as part of a 'free' special promotion or give-a-way
