Non-refundable Software Purchases

DBI Technologies offers 30-day full-featured trial versions of its software, giving customers adequate opportunity to evaluate the functionality and value of products prior to purchase. Trial versions are available free-of-charge from DBI's website.

For these reasons, DBI Technologies' licensed products are not returnable. DBI Technologies offers no refund on licensed software that has been provided to the customer on compact disk or by electronic software distribution. All sales of licensed products are final.
