About Serial Numbers ...

All products purchased from DBI Technologies are immediately registered and become eligible for support and upgrade notifications.

Products purchased from companies other than DBI Technologies must be registered by completing the registration information on the registration card. The registration card is included in the product packaging and returning that information by mail, fax, or email to DBI Technologies. Unregistered products are not eligible for support or upgrade notifications.

Note: When requesting support or upgrade information, always include the serial number of the product.
