is a control that represents a timeline or measuring instrument allowing a developer to present
data values as measurements.
ctRuler is a runtime modifiable component making it easy
to configure programmatically.
ctRuler features include:
Horizontal or vertical presentation:
Present the ruler in a horizontal or vertical fashion.
Developer definable major and minor scales:
Allows the developer to define the major increments and minor increments
within the ruler at design or run-time.
Support for time measurement: Allows
the developer to use the ruler to create a timeline.
Support for decimal captions: Allows
the developer to define major and minor scales with decimal places.
Two dimensional or three dimensional effects:
Allows the developer to choose between 2D and 3D styles.
