The ctScroll
control is an enhanced scroll bar. Features include regular
and flat styles and a variety of border types. Popup tool tips can report
as the scroll thumb is moved. Tips min and max values and the Tips text are definable.

A Regular
scroll bar appears as the standard Windows-style scroll bar.
A Flat scroll bar is drawn with a flat style. The thumb and direction
buttons will be drawn with inverted colors when the mouse moves over
them.
An Encarta scroll bar is drawn with a flat style. The thumb and
direction buttons will be drawn with a 3-D style when the mouse moves
over them.
