Standard Support Request

Use this form if you are a:

  • Registered Licensees: Standard Technical Support is free to all registered licensees of DBI products. Use this form if you are have not subscribed to DBI's Premium Support plan.
    If your license is not registered with us, you will need to register your serial number with us before support can be extended.
     
  • Trial Product Users: Basic Technical Support is offered free-of-charge during the evaluation period for up to 30 days.

Premium Support Request

Use this form if you are a:

  • Paid Premium Support Subscribers: If you are already a subscriber to the Premium Support, click here to make your support request.
     
  • Premium Support Annual Subscription: A subscription plan available for an annual fee of $150 (USD). Premium Support requests receive the promptest and most comprehensive attention. If you would like to purchase the Premium Support plan, please click here.
