Live HTML Samples for Internet Explorer

The following HTML samples illustrate the abilities of DBI COM components in the IE browser environment*.

If you do not have a particular component that is needed to display a form, IE will ask you to allow it to download and automatically install digitally code-signed DBI components.

Please Note: Typical browser security settings properly render the display and functioning of these samples. Nevertheless, you may need to adjust your browser's security settings if they are set to severely restrict ActiveX objects and scripting. If your browser cannot render the components, check the following In your browser's security settings and set these settings to "Prompt" or "Enabled": (see menu "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "security")

  • "Download signed ActiveX controls"
  • "Run ActiveX controls and plug ins"
  • "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting"
  • "ActiveX Scripting (Under "Scripting")"
