How do I change the height of a row?

The height of an item is based on the ListFont property, and the heights of the images that will be placed in each item. The HeightOffset property can be used to increase or decrease this calculated height.  To increase the height of a row, set the HeightOffset property to a positive number.  To decrease the height, set it to a negative number.
