Compile Error: Can't find project or library

This error occurs when there is a missing reference to an ActiveX control.  The project contains a reference which has been moved or renamed or has acquired a new GUID.  To resolve this, open the references dialog box.  Any reference which is broken will have the word "MISSING" at the beginning.  Uncheck the missing references and re-compile.
