Active X Components from DBI Technologies can be freely distributed to all your clients systems. There are no royalty requirements. Rather, each developer that uses our products is required to have a licensed version of our software. This requirement is satisfied when you purchase either a multi-developer license or enough single developer licenses for each developer-install. Licensed software from DBI Technologies includes*.LIC files (license) for each OCX; these permit development with the controls in the development
environment.
Your software-license agreement permits you to distribute the OCX files to an unlimited number of computers so long that:
a) the OCX license files are not distributed with the rest of the OCX files and
b) the OCX controls are not being made available as development controls within a development
environment.

Very Important: Never distribute the <control>.LIC files to your client applications. You may only distribute the OCX files along with your compiled application and support files.
