Where do I find the license number?

The license number is the same as the serial number (SN). This number can be located in a few different places. If you purchased your product directly from DBI Technologies, your license number will be:

• On your email order confirmation 
• On your invoice that was mailed to you 
• Inside of your DVD case (under the CD) if you purchased hardcopy media.
• If you purchased your product via one of DBI's Value Added Resellers, your serial number may be:
• In an email order confirmation 
• In a letter that was mailed to you (either from the reseller or directly from DBI Technologies)
• On the registration card found in the DVD case if you purchased hardcopy media
