XMLWrite Property

Writes the control information to an XML file that can be read with ReadXMLFile Method. This property will allow you to write your XML file from the design environment.

Remarks

Enter the first part of the file name you wish to use in the property editor (at least 4 characters) and press enter to access a file dialog.

This property is available at design time only. To access an XML file in code, use the WriteXMLFile Method.

The XML files will only store string or numeric property settings. The XML file will not store image or object information.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Current Windows operating system with .NET 8.
