Filtering Appointments
When an appointment is added to the dbicMonth's Appointments collection it will show up in the calendar if the start and end of the appointment fall within the month being displayed. In some cases it may be necessary to filter the Appointments collection based on a Contact, Location, or Task.
Each appointment item contains a field for a Contact, Location, and Task ID. The dbicMonth control also contains properties for the corresponding ID’s.
Filtering
Appointments can be filtered by entering a value in one, two, or all three of the ID values. For example, if we enter a value of “C1” into the ContactID field of the calendar, then only appointments with a matching Contact ID will show up in the control. If we also enter a value of “L1” into the LocationID property of the calendar, then only appointments with both a matching Contact ID and Location ID value will be displayed.
