objTips
A tooltip object to display.
nX
The x-screen coordinate to display the tooltip at.
nY
The y-screen coordinate to display the tooltip at.
objControl
A control to process this tooltip against (this will not "attach" the control to the tooltip but will show the tip while over the control then hide the tooltip when the mouse leaves the control).
Forces a tooltip to display.
