ctClip is a modern picture clip component ideal for
animation and web development where managing multiple images,
functionality and

The control is capable of hosting a single
bitmap image in a developer defined number of segments ready for
display one segment at a time. Stock properties and events
offer developers an array of presentation options and database
interactions. |

Since the component stores a single bitmap instead of a separate
